Recruitment Process
Position Determination and Announcement
Unit Managers identify specific responsibilities, competencies and academic qualifications and other relevant information for the position for a given position. Human Resources creates job postings on our website and on Kariyer.net. Candidates apply online.
Second Interview
Candidates who are shortlisted are invited for a more detailed interview. In this meeting, the General Manager, Human Resources and the relevant Unit Manager evaluate the technical and administrative competencies required for the job. Candidates are informed via e-mail after the completion of the process, whether the result of the interview is positive or negative.
Pre-Selection Process
Human Resources evaluates applications. Candidates who meet the requirements of the posting position are selected for the next step and their resumes are submitted to the relevant unit manager.
Our Job Offer
Candidates who are successful in the second interview are sent a Job Offer Letter. The steps we follow when making a job offer: Human Resources decides on the terms and conditions of employment. Academic and professional qualifications are verified. Candidates are checked for eligibility. After the candidate's approval is received, the references given are checked.
First Interview
Selected candidates conduct their first face-to-face interviews with the Human Resources Officer and the relevant Unit Manager. During the first interview, in addition to discussing your experience and qualifications, we also evaluate your competencies for the job and take into account your cultural suitability to the organization. Our recruitment team and all employees involved in the recruitment process conduct the recruitment process impartially and in accordance with our recruitment principles.
Recruitment and Getting Started
A list of documents required for employment is sent to candidates who accept the job offer. After the documents are received, the candidate's contract and the necessary confidentiality agreements are signed and the recruitment process is completed.
